What is PetsiBox?

    PetsiBox is the ultimate subscription box for dogs with regular diets and plant-based diets. Each box is supplied with all natural ingredient treats, top quality toys, pet care essentials, and up to 3 nutritional drinks or toppers. We only work with the top brands who share our value eco-friendly, sustainable, and low carbon paw print. We also provide special promo codes to community shared health plans with our partner Eusoh. Products may vary.

    When can I expect to get my monthly box?

    Boxes will be shipped out within the first two weeks of each month. Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS (whichever you prefer) with a tracking link and estimated delivery date. You can always check out the status of your box on your Account Page as well. Here is what you can expect once box is shipped:
    ●In the 48 Contiguous US States, it’ll take about 5-8 business days for delivery.
    ●Outside Contiguous US & Canada: it’ll take about 8-12 business days and may be longer for American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
    ●If priority shipping is offered/selected it may take 3-5 business days for delivery. For any additional questions about shipping, please contact us at info@petsibox.com.

    When will I be charged?

    You will be charged for your first box as soon as you sign up. After that, the billing date will be on every 15th or 20th of each month. If you are unsure of your billing date, you can review your account to see your next charges. If you want to change your billing date, please contact us at info@petsibox.com.

    Can I customize my Petsibox?

    Most Definitely! We have a Custom Petsi Box option to fit your preferences. With our vast variety of top quality items, you can choose from any category included in the box for a total of 8 items. Any changes must be made before the 15th of the upcoming month. For example, if you want to tailor your November box, you have to process it on or before October 31. If you process it after the cut off date, changes will be applied starting December.

    Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

    Yes we do! We have a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed for your Petsi box! We love pets and want to make sure that they are satisfied with all our products and services. For any questions or concerns for returns, you may contact us at info@petsibox.com.
    ●To be considered unused, all products must have original packaging without any missing tags or stickers.
    ●Items from your monthly Petsi box cannot be returned. If your pet did not like any of our products, please contact us at info@petsibox.com.

    How do I cancel?

    We will be sad to see you go. Our goal is to provide the ultimate box and experience for your pet(s). If your subscription is not satisfactory to your pet’s needs or wants, let us know! Our team is dedicated to finding the best solution. Disabling your auto-renewal will let us know to stop renewing once the duration of your commitment has ended. Please note, you will still receive the boxes you initially signed up to receive. The renewal can be disabled anytime through your account settings. To disable the renewal at the end of your commitment, see steps below.
    1. Login to your account & go to account settings.
    2. Scroll to and click the 'Subscription Settings' section of your account page.
    3. Then edit your next plan or disable the auto renewal at the end of your plan.

    When will I receive my first box?

    For new customers in the 48 contiguous states, boxes will be instantly processed. It takes about 2-3 business days to ship and an additional 2-8 business days to arrive. When priority shipping is offered the shipping time frame is usually 1-3 business days. For our Alaskan, Hawaiian and Canadian friends, it usually takes 2-3 business days to ship and an additional 4-12 business days to arrive. It may take longer for American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

    What is your return or exchange policy?

    We do not process the return or exchange of any complete Petsi Box. If you or your pet are unsatisfied for any reason, contact us at info@petsibox.com so we can make it right. We ask that you share any unwanted items with a furry friend or donate them to your favorite shelter or rescue center.

    How do I update my account and subscription?

    You can make many changes to your subscription on your account page. Subscription information needs to be updated before the end of the current month for them to be applied for the next month. Please log in to your account on petsibox.com with your username and password to edit your account. To add items to your box, go to the Store section and explore which additional items you would like to add to your order. To make updates to your subscription, go to your account page.

    How to update my pet’s profile?

    On your Petsi Box profile, go to the account page and you’ll see your pet’s profile with all the information you provided to us at initial sign up.

    You can edit all info on the "Pet Profile" from there.

    How to change box Assortment?

    Go to Custom Petsi Box and you'll be taken to view the current assortment selection and you will have the option to edit.
    ● You will be able to choose up to 8 items in any assortment
