What is PetsiBox?

PetsiBox is the ultimate go-to box for dogs and pet parents supplied with top
quality brands for pet treats, toys, goods, and drinks/toppers along with
providing access to affordable pet health plans. We are the only box that are
made for regular diet and plant-based diet dogs. We only work with the top
brands that are eco-friendly, sustainable, low carbon paw print, and support
women and minority owned businesses. We aim to be the one-stop shop for all
your pet's needs while saving you time and money from having to go to the pet
store. We aren't just another monthly pet box, we are the ultimate one! We also
donate a percentage of all profits to adoption shelters and rescue centers
around the country.

Our box consists of 3 treats, 2 toys, 2 goods for care, and a beverage. All boxes

When can I expect to get my monthly box?

Boxes will be shipped out within the first two weeks of each month for subscribers and up to 48 hours after initial order. Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS (whichever you prefer) with a
tracking link and estimated delivery date. You can always check out the status of your box on your Account Page as well.

Here is what you can expect once box is shipped:

● In the 48 Contiguous US States, it’ll take about 5-8 business days for

When will I be charged?

You will be charged for your first box as soon as you sign up. After that, the
billing date will be on every 15th or 20th of each month. If you are unsure of
your billing date, you can review your account HERE to see your next charges.

Can I customize my Petsibox?

Most Definitely!

We allow full customization for every Petsi Box based on pet size and

You can customize your box from the first, no need to wait for your second box
to do so. Any changes must be made before the 15th of the upcoming month.
For example, if you want to tailor your November box, you have to process it on
or before October 31. If you process it after the cut off date, changes will be
applied starting December.

Yes we do! We have a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed for your Petsibox! We love
pets and want to make sure that both pet and pet parents are satisfied with our

● To be considered unused, all products must have original packaging
without any missing tags or stickers.
● Items from your monthly Petsibox cannot be returned. If your pet did

How do I cancel?

We will be sad to see you go. Our goal is to provide the best box for your pet's
needs while saving you time and money from having to go to the pet store. If
your subscription is not satisfactory to your pet’s needs or wants, let us know!
Our team is dedicated to finding the best solution for you and your pet.
Disabling your auto-renewal will let us know to stop renewing once the duration
of your commitment has ended. Please note, you will still receive the boxes you
initially signed up to receive. The renewal can be disabled anytime through your
account settings.

To disable the renewal at the end of your commitment, see steps below.

1. Login to your account & go to account settings.

2. Scroll to and click the 'Subscription Settings' section of your account

3. Then edit your next plan or disable the auto renewal at the end of your plan.

When will I receive my first box?

For new customers in the 48 contiguous states, boxes will be instantly
processed. It takes about 2-3 business days to ship and an additional 2-8
business days to arrive. When priority shipping is offered the shipping time
frame is usually 1-3 business days.

For our Alaskan, Hawaiian and Canadian friends, it usually takes 2-3 business
days to ship and an additional 4-12 business days to arrive. It may take longer

for American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and
U.S. Virgin Islands.

What is your return or exchangepolicy?

We do not process the return or exchange of any complete PetsiBox.

If you or your pet are unsatisfied for any reason, contact us at
info@petsibox.com so we can make it right. We ask that you share any
unwanted items with a furry friend or donate them to your favorite shelter or rescue center.

How do I update my account and subscription?

You can make many changes to your subscription on your account page. From
changing any items or even ordering larger extra ones! Subscription information
needs to be updated before the end of the current month for them to be applied
for the next month. Please log in to your account on www.petsibox.com with
your username and password to edit your account.

To add items to your box, go to the Store section and explore which additional
items you would like to add to your order.

To make updates to your subscription, view your account page. Select a
category & edit:


- Shipping information

- Pet’s profile (name, size, gender, breed, & birthday)

- Box Settings (size, assortment, etc)

- Subscription Settings (plan type, renewal type, etc)


- Contact Info

- Payments (payment method, payment invoices, etc)

- Notifications

- Password

How to update my pet’s profile?

On your PetsiBox profile, go to the account page and you’ll see your
pet’s profile with all the information you provided to us at initial sign
○ Name
○ Birthday
○ Size
○ Gender
○ Breed
○ Allergies
○ Email
○ Subscription Type
● You can edit all info on the "Pet Profile" from there.

How to adjust Toy Durability?

● Click on "Toy durability" in the box edit screen and you'll be taken to view the current durability selection and will have the option to change durability.
● By clicking choose, you will see a summary for the toy durability
change with the total price you need to pay and when changes will be applied.
○ If you are on our upfront billing plan, you will be immediately billed.
○ If you are on a monthly billing plan, you will be billed on their
next rebilling date.

How to change box Assortment?

Click on customize box and you'll be taken to view the current
assortment selection and you will have the option to edit.
● You will be able to view and edit your box assortment.
● By clicking confirm, you will see a summary for the assortment change
with when the changes will be applied.

Subscription information needs to be updated before the end of the current
month for the changes to apply next month.
